This song is so encouraging to me. I can sing it anytime throughout my day and it just reminds me of who I am and whose I am. I think when I get so anxious I am forgetting what is most important in life. Sometimes the little things seem so big and important and I take Jesus and the gospel and make them so small and insignificant. Why do I need to be anxious with a great High Priest standing and pleading for me before God? I have all that I need in Him. He is my righteousness. He is my Shepherd.Why do I think that I need so many other things? Even if I have a hard day or I'm too tired or I do something wrong...He is still my High Priest. He is still my Shepherd. I can still call on Him to be my comfort and strength. Thank you Lord for being everything that I need!
